Job summary

Maxhunt Resource Pte Ltd is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead subcontracted electrical works in Singapore. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and progress monitoring, while coordinating with main contractors, consultants and site teams to ensure timely completion.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in electrical project management, strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing and commissioning, plus excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager in electrical construction or subcontracting.
• Experience in managing electrical installation works and coordinating with main contractors.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing and commissioning.
• Good understanding of project scheduling, cost control and manpower planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor electrical projects to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams.
• Supervise electrical installation works to ensure quality and safety.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage electrical subcontracting projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise electrical installation works to ensure quality, safety and timely completion.
• Monitor manpower deployment, materials, project costs and resources.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications and technical requirements, and resolve site issues.
• Identify and manage project risks, delays and site constraints.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular project progress updates.
• Coordinate electrical testing, commissioning, inspections and project handover.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with project specifications, relevant Singapore electrical standards and safety regulations.
• Lead and guide site teams, supervisors and workers to achieve project targets.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager in electrical construction or subcontracting.
• Experience in managing electrical installation works and coordinating with main contractors.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing and commissioning.
• Good understanding of project scheduling, cost control and manpower planning.
• Strong communication, coordination and team management skills.
• Ability to manage site teams, supervisors and workers effectively.
• Good knowledge of Singapore electrical standards and safety requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple project activities.
