Job summary

ENGIE RCS in Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer in Project Management to lead planning, scheduling and on-site coordination for engineering projects across commercial buildings, data centres and energy facilities in the region.

You will assist the Project Manager to develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, manage stakeholders and ensure quality, safety and timely delivery while applying rigorous project controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Min 3 years experience in construction project management.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in developing and implementing comprehensive project plans.
• Coordinate and oversee all construction activities on-site, ensuring schedules and work programs.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare, review, and submit project documents, schedules, risk assessments, and monthly reports.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to contract specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities on project-related matters.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
