Job summary

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants, lead on-site teams, and ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will identify risks, manage delays, and provide progress reports to management and clients. The role requires strong stakeholder management, contract negotiation, and the ability to resolve issues promptly on site.

Qualifications

• Plan and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Prepare and control budgets and cost estimates; monitor spend; approve invoices, variations, and procurement.
• Manage contracts and stakeholders; negotiate and resolve contractual issues; maintain client communication.
• Lead site teams; assign tasks; supervise contractors/subcontractors; conduct regular site inspections.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance; address site issues promptly.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and handle delays, disputes, and emergencies.
• Track performance and prepare progress reports for management and clients.
