PERSOL is hiring for a hands-on role in a semiconductor manufacturing environment in Singapore. You will work with electrical, electro-mechanical assemblies, troubleshooting and testing, with flexibility to choose Day, Noon, or Night shifts and 5-day work weeks.
Ideal candidates have NITEC or a related diploma and can read schematics, with practical experience in assembly and testing. Training and shift allowances are provided. 12-month contract with renewal or conversion possible.

Working days: Choose either Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday.
Assemble, repair and test electrical and electro-mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and components.
Read and work with schematics, circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, parts lists and work instructions.
Perform electro-mechanical testing, troubleshooting and repairs, identifying and correcting errors.
Use electronic measurement equipment, test fixtures, leak detectors and vacuum pumps to test components and assemblies.
Inspect incoming parts for defects and ensure all required components are available for assembly and testing.
Record testing results, work progress and other relevant information using computer systems.
Support process troubleshooting and improvement activities related to assembly and testing.
Carry out basic computer-related tasks such as programming, software installation or equipment troubleshooting where required.
Follow all workplace safety, health and security procedures to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
Able to read and understand electrical schematics / circuit diagrams.
Hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly and testing is an advantage.
Experience with testing equipment, troubleshooting or repair will be highly valued.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing / semiconductor environment.
Willing to work on the selected shift and 5-day work week.
Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant hands-on technical experience are welcome to apply.
