Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and carry out maintenance activities for equipment and facility systems to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues, taking corrective actions promptly.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams to ensure maintenance activities meet operational and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service logs, and reports for compliance and tracking purposes.
• Provide support for the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and system upgrades.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement cost-effective solutions to improve productivity.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in maintenance or technical roles within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, controls, and maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and basic data analysis is an advantage.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
