Job description

Summary

Oversee the planning, execution, and progress of complex and multiple projects, adhering to costs, time, and safety targets, while maintaining compliance with external regulations, construction standards, project engineering, and stakeholder requirements/specifications. Specialize in electrical engineering and provide technical expertise to resolve queries, issues, and problems.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage the design, technical specifications, selection, modification, and troubleshooting of electrical engineering equipment, components, and systems to support construction, operations, project, and maintenance teams.
  2. Use engineering drawings, datasheets, and layouts to support construction, operations, maintenance, and engineering activities.
  3. Manage project schedule, resources, costs, and deliverables to minimize risks and improve productivity.
  4. Effectively manage staff under your direct control, ranging from coordination to directing people and teams.
  5. Manage clients and partners to ensure continuous engagement by gathering requirements, feedback, and resolving issues.
  6. Implement WSH procedures and risk control measures to ensure a safe and reliable work environment.
  7. Prepare business proposals to capitalize on new business opportunities and draft contracts, negotiating contract terms and conditions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or a Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Result-oriented with strong skills in planning, project management, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage complex or multiple projects.
