Job summary

The National Environment Agency (NEA) is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to oversee operation and maintenance of electrical equipment at Tuas South Incineration Plant. You will ensure smooth, safe, and efficient plant operation and maintenance of systems including switchgear, transformers, motors, and control systems.

Responsibilities include leading a team, planning preventive maintenance, and managing tenders in line with NEA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Experience in process/power plant engineering is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of technical officers to perform operation and maintenance of electrical equipment in the plant.
• Plan and carry out preventive and remedial maintenance to achieve high availability.
• Ensure maintenance work adheres to safety regulations to achieve zero accidents.
• Call and administer tenders/contracts for electrical system maintenance in compliance with procurement guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
