• Lead maintenance activities at the Bioenergy Biogas Facility to ensure safety, schedule adherence, high quality, and cost-efficiency.
• Supervise staff and contractors; troubleshoot equipment failures; implement total preventive maintenance (TPM).
• Develop TPM plans for safe, reliable, and efficient plant operation.
• Manage maintenance scopes, contracts, and inventory to support continuous plant availability.
