Responsibilities

• Electrical work: Installing light fixtures, electrical wiring, water heaters, and related fittings for residential units.
• General property maintenance and ad hoc repair work.
• Ad hoc logistical duties.
• Bonus if you have experience: Drywall/Room partitioning installation.
• Bonus if you have experience: General plumbing tasks (Minor leak repairs, fittings, and general pipework).
• Bonus if you have experience: Air-conditioner relocation, servicing, or installation.
