Job summary

NOVEXX PTE. LTD. is seeking a candidate to assist the Aftersales Manager in achieving departmental goals. The role involves performing equipment diagnostics, software upgrades, and providing technical training.

You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, or replacing electrical components and guiding customer maintenance teams. The position requires effective communication and coordination with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Aftersales Manager in meeting departmental and organizational goals.
• Perform equipment diagnostics, software upgrades, repair activities, and deliver technical training.
• Diagnose and repair electrical components, wiring harnesses, connectors, and circuit boards.
• Offer technical assistance to customer maintenance teams with electrical schematics.
• Deliver specialized training to customer staff on new electrical components.
• Compile technical service reports detailing service work and diagnostic processes.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for each assignment and ensure necessary tools.
• Track job progress and implement corrective action plans as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
