A leading engineering consultancy is seeking an Electrical Engineer to develop innovative electrical building systems. The role involves project coordination and site supervision while ensuring high safety standards and quality workmanship. Suitable candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience, excelling in communication and multitasking.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design & Planning
Develop innovative and practical designs for electrical building systems, including power distribution, lighting, communication networks, and fire safety systems.
Prepare and review precise technical drawings, calculations, and system specifications that bring projects to life.
Collaborate seamlessly with architects, civil engineers, and project teams to integrate cutting-edge electrical systems into building structures.
Project Coordination
Act as a central point of contact, coordinating with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to keep electrical works on track with project milestones.
Tackle design challenges head-on and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
Site Supervision & Installation
Oversee the installation of electrical systems, ensuring strict adherence to design intent and top-notch safety standards.
Conduct meticulous quality checks and inspections, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of workmanship.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Diploma holders in the relevant field may apply).
At least 3 years of technical knowledge and experience in Electrical building services (e.g., power distribution, lighting, communication systems, fire safety systems).
Experience in an engineering consultancy firm is a pre-requisite.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and interact confidently with colleagues and clients.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
