Role Overview

As a Electrical Engineer (Senior) specializing in Wire Harness design, you will lead the development and integration of wiring solutions for innovative projects, ensuring seamless integration with electrical systems and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead wire harness design, development, and integration for various projects.
2. Create wire harness schematics and layouts using tools like E3.series, SOLIDWORKS Electrical, AutoCAD Electrical.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
4. Analyze and test wire harnesses, solve issues, and select appropriate materials.
5. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
6. Manage supplier relationships and provide technical support during manufacturing and testing.
7. Document design and testing activities, including reports and specifications.
8. Contribute to project planning by defining scope, objectives, and timelines.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
2. 3-5 years of experience in wire harness design and integration.
3. Proficiency in CAD tools for wire harness design.
4. Strong knowledge of electrical principles, circuit theory, and design practices.
5. Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead teams.
6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
7. Knowledge of industry standards and codes.
8. Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
