Electrician Engineer and QS

Job Description

1. Estimate direct and indirect costs for sub-contract sublet, and claims preparation in coordination with the Project Manager/Director
2. Assist Project Manager in establishing and operating project cost control
3. Monitor and record site progress and keep records of day works
4. Check allocation of manpower and productivity and prepare comparison sheets for quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
5. Prepare payment advice, review and certify claim submissions for subcontractors and suppliers
6. Follow up on payments from main contractor/consultant/client
7. Provide advice on contractual claims, VO, or other contractual matters
8. Measure values for variations and prepare interim and/or final accounts
9. Provide estimates, computations on contractual and project change orders
10. Prepare monthly progress payments to main contractors/clients
11. Prepare quotation and submit to clients

Job Requirement

1. Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Project/Construction Management
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E / Construction or equivalent
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills with proficiency in English
4. University degree in Engineering (Electrical)/QS or Project/Construction Management
5. Computer literate, Microsoft & CAD & 3D
6. Construction and M&E background
