Job summary

HUA CHANG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an Electrical Engineer to prepare and review electrical drawings, including SLDs, LPS, and power layouts, and to support tender submissions.

You will liaise with consultants and clients to ensure project specifications are met and will evaluate supplier proposals for technical compliance. The role requires a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent, with strong English language skills and at least 3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• English language required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review electrical drawings (SLD, LPS, power layout, fitting layout, DB manufacturing drawings).
• Review technical submissions of tender documents and prepare relevant tendering drawings.
• Perform engineering design work for assigned projects and liaise with consultants and customers to meet specifications.
• Evaluate proposals to ensure technical compliance from suppliers and vendors.
• Take off quantities, prepare BQ, price and submit tender submissions; obtain quotations from subcontractors/suppliers.

• Evaluate proposal and ensuring technical compliance from suppliers and vendors
• Taking off Quantities, BQ preparations, pricing and preparation of tender submission and questionaires, obtain quotation from subcontractors/suppliers.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
