Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Junior Electrical Technician/Engineer (AutoCAD / Project Coordination) for a permanent role. The position involves preparing electrical layouts, BOMs, and coordinating project progress with production to ensure timely delivery and quality.

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering is required; training will be provided. AutoCAD drafting skills and ability to work independently and in a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• 1–2 years of relevant electrical engineering experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD drafting and interpretation of engineering drawings.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare electrical layout drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Generate and maintain project documentation, including Work Orders, Design & Development Discussion Forms, and other related records.
• Coordinate and monitor project progress with the production team to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
• Support project planning, execution, and implementation activities.
• Ensure projects are completed in accordance with customer requirements, specifications, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and resolve engineering-related issues when required.

Job description

• Position: Junior Electrical Technician/ Engineer (AutoCAD / Project Coordination)

• Location: Changi North Street

• Working hours: 5 days work week (Monday - Friday) - 8.00am to 5.30pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5300 + Performance Bonus

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Engineering and Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare electrical layout drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM).

• Generate and maintain project documentation, including Work Orders, Design & Development Discussion Forms, and other related records.

• Coordinate and monitor project progress with the production team to ensure timely delivery and product quality.

• Support project planning, execution, and implementation activities.

• Ensure projects are completed in accordance with customer requirements, specifications, and quality standards.

• Provide technical support and resolve engineering-related issues when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

• At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience in the electrical engineering field will be advantage

• Proficient in AutoCAD drafting and interpretation of engineering drawings.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
