Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of electrical maintenance or facilities management experience.
• Strong electrical/electronic knowledge with hands-on experience.
• Ability to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.
• Provide guidance and troubleshoot electrical faults.
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behavior.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute corrective or preventive maintenance programmes.
• Improve operational processes and energy conservation systems.
• Provide excellent service to meet client expectations.
• Ensure safe, economical operations of electrical equipment by the team.
• Coordinate with owners/users, consultants, vendors/contractors on requirements.
• Regularly inspect electrical installations to ensure maintenance programmes are followed.
• Ensure all works comply with safety procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as required by Facilities/Manager.

Job description

• Plan and execution of corrective or preventive maintenance programme.
• Implement efficiency improvement on the operational process, innovating and implementing systems improvement on energy conservation.
• Provide excellent service to meet client expectations.
• Achieve effective, economic and safe operations of all Electrical Services' equipment and system by the team of technical officers and technicians.
• Providing feasible solutions and coordinate with owners/users, consultants, vendors/contractors on engineering functional requirements and ensure the objectives are achieved.
• Conduct regular inspection of existing Electrical installation to ensure that all maintenance programmers are implemented effectively in strict compliance with instructions and guidelines.
• Ensure all works carried out safely and / or in accordance with safety procedures.
• Any other tasks, when required by Facilities/ Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of related working experience in Electrical maintenance work or Facilities Management.
