Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

· Review Contract Documents

· Prepare MTO, BOQ

· Study drawings and specifications

· Interface with clients and prepare progress claims

· Manage site activities, site workers, subcontractors, and main contractors

· (For Electrical Engineer) Knowledge in Power Distribution, Lighting, Earthing & Lightning Systems, PV System, UPS/EPS, Telephone Distribution

· Experience in brand submission and technical discussions with authorities and design consultants

· Deep knowledge in scheduling, planning, resource control, and installation

· Capable of controlling changes, variations, and related costs

· Monitor and review information from materials, events, or environment to detect or assess problems

· Handle complaints, settle disputes, resolve grievances, conflicts, or negotiate with others

· Identify problems, review related information, develop and evaluate options, and implement solutions

· Use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of solutions, conclusions, or approaches

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic) or equivalent

· At least 2 years of relevant work experience
