Job summary

KING FOREST LANDSCAPE & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee installation, maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic systems on site.

You will read drawings, supervise technicians and ensure quality, safety and timely project delivery. You will coordinate with engineers, project managers, clients and subcontractors, provide technical guidance, train junior staff and drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve

Qualifications

• Supervise and coordinate electrical and electronic installation, maintenance and repair works.
• Plan daily activities, allocate manpower and monitor work progress to meet project deadlines.
• Lead technicians in troubleshooting electrical, electronic and control-system faults.
• Inspect installations, wiring, control panels, equipment and systems to ensure quality and proper operation.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics and technical specifications.
• Conduct testing, inspection and commissioning of electrical and electronic systems.
• Ensure all work complies with safety procedures, company standards and applicable requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor materials, tools, equipment and spare parts required for installation and repair works.
• Prepare maintenance, inspection, testing and work-progress reports.
• Provide technical guidance and training to technicians and junior staff.
• Investigate equipment breakdowns, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Recommend preventive maintenance and improvement measures to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Monitor the quality, productivity and performance of the technical team.
• Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained for completed works.
