Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of supervisory electrical and maintenance experience, preferably in oil/gas or petrochemical or related industries.
Strong expertise in MV/LV electrical systems, power distribution, CCTV, security systems, earthing, and PLCs.
Familiarity with IEC, IEEE, NEC and Singapore Standards.
Physically fit and able to participate in emergency response duties.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of technicians and contractors in electrical works.
Drive and implement structured OJT programme for E&I team members.
Conduct site inspections and enforce compliance with codes and standards.
Review permits including isolation, excavation, and instrument-related work permits.
Lead investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with engineers to develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Conduct daily toolbox meetings to reinforce safety.
