Job summary

TONG HENG ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a candidate with a Diploma/NITEC in Electrical Engineering to support tender submissions and project documentation in a dynamic construction environment.

The role requires AutoCAD proficiency, the ability to work independently under tight schedules, and strong team collaboration with managers, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Immediate start is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related construction experience.
• Able to work independently and under pressure with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender submissions including bills of quantities and P&S plans.
• Liaise with Managers, Team Members, Customers, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Prepare project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, material specifications, prepare and submit the P&S plan, shop drawing, & other required documents.
• Liaise with Managers, Team Members, Customers, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• NiTEC / Diploma and above in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years of working experience in related construction field.
• Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight schedules. Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Able to start work immediately is an advantage.
