Job summary

Fuji SMBE Technology Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Diploma holder in Electrical Engineering for drafting support on switchgear projects. You will develop and prepare engineering drawings, including single-line layouts and schematics, from sketches to meet project requirements.

Collaborate with the Engineering Department, translate specifications into precise drawings, maintain revisions, and organize documents under the document control system.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret Single-Line Electrical Drawings.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare engineering drawings including Single-Line Layouts, Schematics, and Controls from sketches to support project requirements.
• Translate written and verbal specifications from the Designer Department into precise technical drawings.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Department to coordinate design efforts and ensure alignment across teams.
• Prepare enclosure specifications and compile material order lists to facilitate procurement.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of drawings to meet quality standards.
• Generate material requisition orders and cross-check them against drawings for consistency.
• Complete drafting tasks within scheduled timelines to support project delivery.
• Maintain and update all revisions of project drawings to ensure document accuracy.
• Organize and file documents according to the document control system for easy retrieval.
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team objectives
