Job summary

Ramboll Singapore seeks a PE Associate Director/Director, Electrical for high-rise & complex buildings. You will lead electrical design across iconic towers, drive client relationships and deliver large-scale projects in APAC.

As part of the management team, you’ll shape strategy, mentor engineers, and ensure technical excellence while growing the Buildings Singapore business and collaborating with APAC leaders.

Qualifications

• Qualified Professional Engineer registered in Singapore.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years' experience with senior leadership exposure.
• Strong business development skills and client relationship experience.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams on complex high-rise projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering design for high-rise buildings in Singapore.
• Direct project planning, execution, and delivery to Ramboll standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure technical governance and quality.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and drive new business opportunities.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to meet targets.
