Job summary

JTC Corporation in Singapore seeks a client representative electrical design engineer to support building and infrastructure projects and industrial estates. You will coordinate with EMA and SP PowerGrid to plan transmission and distribution networks.

You will formulate project briefs for tenders, manage consultants, review electrical designs, perform calculations and cost estimates, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in consultancy, design or electrical network planning.
• PEB registration is advantageous.
• Certifications such as Design for Safety, Green Mark, Building Construction advantageous.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Review consultant electrical designs and calculations.
• Draft briefs for consultancy tenders and manage project scopes.
• Coordinate with EMA and SP Group for network planning.
• Represent JTC in agency committees and drive solutions.
