Job Responsibilities
Develop electrical systems and automation solutions for CNC lathes; support machine modification projects.
Create detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and circuit layouts using AutoCAD Electrical or SolidWorks Electrical.
Select appropriate electrical components based on performance specs and cost.
Build and test prototypes; evaluate and refine designs for performance, safety, and efficiency.
Work with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure smooth integration and provide technical support throughout the product lifecycle.
Conduct testing and resolve issues during prototyping, production, and post-installation; drive continuous design improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety standards (IEC, UL, CE); maintain accurate documentation and report progress.
Manage timelines, budgets, and support continuous improvement in design processes.
Job Requirements
Possess at least a Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical design within the machinery, automation, or manufacturing industry.
Experience in designing electrical systems for complex machinery or industrial equipment.
Proficiency with CAD software tools (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical, EPLAN).
Familiarity with electrical components and systems (e.g., motors, control panels, PLCs, sensors, power distribution).
