Electrical Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare Statement of Work for electrical installation work on aircraft.

• Generate design and documents for electrical installation work on aircraft:

  1. Electrical wiring diagram.

  2. Electrical harness, RF and FO cables fabrication design.

  3. Harness routing.

  4. Post installation test documents.

• Perform aircraft Electrical Power Load Analysis (ELA).

• Interface with other disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.

• Present solutions to customers.

• Support production floor to resolve any technical issues.

• Support production floor in performing installation testing.

• Generate updates for affected technical publications.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Engineering – preferable in Electrical Engineering.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge in Electrical Power and Circuitries.

• Knowledge in MS Visio to generate electrical wiring diagrams and electrical wiring harness assembly will be an added advantage.

• Experience with CAD software for electrical wiring harness installation will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Visual Basic, MS Access, and programming skills will be an added advantage.

• Good written and oral communication skills in English.

• Must be a self-motivated and proactive team player who is able to work independently.

• Must be a good team player.
