Job summary

MCI CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking motivated individuals to join as Electric Cabling Workers. No prior experience is required as training will be provided, with on-the-job guidance to develop cabling and installation skills.

Responsibilities include assisting with cabling, routing, termination, and basic installation work at project sites, using hand tools safely and following supervisor instructions. Safe practices and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required – training will be provided.
• Willing to learn electrical cabling and installation skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at construction/project sites.
• Able to work at heights or in confined areas when required.
• Responsible, hardworking and safety-conscious.
• Able to follow instructions and work well with a team.
• Relevant electrical experience or certification will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical cabling and installation works at project sites.
• Pull, lay, route and organize electrical cables according to site requirements.
• Assist in cable termination, connection and basic installation works under supervision.
• Use basic hand tools and electrical equipment safely.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced technicians.
• Assist with installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Ensure cables and work areas are properly arranged and kept safe.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and requirements at all times.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor.
