Job summary

ABB is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex electrical automation and digital systems projects in a hybrid work model. You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and project governance to ensure safety, quality, and profitability across worldwide operations.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant engineering degree and 5–8 years in project management within industrial sectors, with expertise in PLC/SCADA and IEC 61850.

Qualifications

• Requires strong project management experience in electrical automation or related industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and customer expectations.
• Experience with power automation or process automation projects and industrial communication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery from handover to close-out.
• Oversee planning, resource coordination, and financial performance.
• Engage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Direct governance, procurement, contract management, and HSE compliance.
