Knowledge of the Engine and Alternator Systems

Your Role, Your Influence:

• Install electrical switches, sensors, transducers, transmitters, current transformers, alternator components, control panels, etc.

• Install engine wiring in accordance with the drawings provided and prepare generators for load tests.

• Disassemble and assemble engine components such as oil pump, water pump, and cylinder head.

• Perform fuel injector installation, engine timing, and valve lash adjustments.

• Assist and perform mechanical & alignment works such as installation of radiator assembly, couplings, engines, alternators, gearbox, piping & hoses.

• Assist and perform alignment works for radiator assembly, engine, and alternator installation.

• Perform safety devices tests, load tests, and ET tool connection.

• Perform troubleshooting when problems arise and general servicing on engines and alternators.

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of related hands-on experience (Heavy Duty Diesel / Automobile Mechanics).

• ITE or relevant field.

• Knowledge of IT Programmable & Logic Control will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of the following will be an advantage:

• Engine and alternator

• Hydraulic Starting System

• Marine Gearbox

• AC Power Alternator

• Alignment & control panel
