Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and tests on electrical and instrumentation systems, including cables, panels, field instruments, and control systems.
• Ensure installations and testing comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and relevant standards
• Prepare and review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Control procedures.
• Maintain quality records, such as test reports, calibration certificates, and inspection checklists.
• Liaise with construction team, subcontractors, and corporate QMS department to address quality-related issues
• Support commissioning activities by ensuring all quality requirements are met before system handover
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and safety requirements
• Any other duties to be assigned from time to time

Pre-requsities

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in power or industrial plant construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems for critical equipments in power plant construction
• Proficiency in inspection and testing of electrical and instrumentation systems
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to safety and compliance with regulatory requirements
