Qualifications

• Programming skill of PLC (Beckhoff preferred), motion controllers, robots and touch panels is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements and design robotic equipment.
• Design electrical control systems and make schematic drawings.
• Source and select control components and place orders.
• Execute control system setup and tuning.
• Provide technical support on site.
• Good documentation knowledge, especially TCF.

Job description

Electrical and Control Design Engineer

Working day: Monday – Friday
Working Hour: 8:30am - 6:15pm
Salary range: $3,200 - $5,800
Location: Woodlands

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project requirements. Design, develop and test industrial robotic equipment/machine.
• Design electrical control system make electrical schematic drawings using E3 . (ePLAN knowledge will be added advantage) .
• Source and select control components and place order for the components.
• Execute control system set up, IO system, servo & step drive set up, axis tuning.
• Provide technical support on site.
• Good in documentation knowledge especially TCF.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and / or Electronics Engineering.
• Min 3 Years of relevant experience.
• Added advantage but not mandatory: programing skill of PLC (Beckhoff preferred), motion controllers, robots and touch panels.
