Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant research or industry experience in high-fidelity electrical system modelling or EMS development.
  • Experience with battery energy storage systems and propulsion-related power systems.
  • Familiarity with HIL platforms (OPAL-RT, Typhoon HIL) and real-time validation workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Support design, modelling, simulation, validation, and optimization of electric vessel power systems.
  • Develop EMS strategies for energy sharing and battery management.
  • Deploy models on real-time HIL platforms for system validation and testing.
