Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Elderly Care caregiver for on-site duties at Orchard. The role involves providing quality care and companionship to elderly clients, guiding them through daily activities, and participating in group sessions.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of elderly care experience and may hold a Healthcare Assistant Certification. CPR/AED certification is a valued advantage for this position.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of elderly care experience.
• Healthcare Assistant Certification preferred.
• CPR/AED certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Look after a group of elderly clients with quality care and companionship.
• Ensure clients follow the activities in the daily program.
• Lead and participate in group activities with clients.
• Provide support for Basic ADLs: personal care, hygiene, feeding, toileting.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes.
• Ensure safety in all activities and adhere to procedures.
• Assist with simple exercises and report incidents to Centre Manager.
• Support staff and expand client base through teamwork.

Job description

Salary: $2,300 to $3000

Working hours: Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Working Location: Orchard

Job Responsibilities

• Looks after a group of elderly clients assigned with quality care & companionship
• Ensures clients follow the activities in the daily program
• Leads and participates in group activities with clients
• To Provide Support to residents for Basic ADLs (Activities of Daily Living):
• To Provide Personal care and hygiene, including Medication Reminders, Oral Feeding & Toileting, Manual transfer to and from wheelchair or geriatric chair
• Vital Signs Measurement and Monitoring
• Gives utmost care and passion towards clients and staff
• Fully committed to ensure safety in all activities
• Adheres to all administrative activities
• Follows all processes, procedures and guidelines
• Follows instructions to assist clients with simple exercises
• Prompt in reporting of incidents and deviations to Centre Manager
• Retains and expands of client base.
• Supports other Care Executives (teamwork)

Job Requirements

• Min. 3yrs Elderly Care experience
• Healthcare Assistant Certification preferred.
• CPR/AED certification is added advantage
