Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd invites applications for the Centre Manager / Programme Manager - Social Service / AAC in Singapore. You will lead programme planning, service delivery, and staff development to support elderly clients in the community.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in social services or related fields, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and prior supervisory exposure. Salary ranges from SGD 5,000 to SGD 7,000 per month, with location at Eunos Crescent.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Social Services or related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in programme planning, community engagement, or eldercare services.
Experience working with elderly clients in community, healthcare, or social service settings.
Prior supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop new products, processes, standards, or operational plans in support of the organisation's overall strategies
Review, update and improve work processes of programmes and services
Implement staff induction programme, training and development framework
Oversee service delivery of the programmes and services in line with the centre's objectives
Co-develop service strategies and policies for community-based services with Senior Manager
Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services
Provide overall operational leadership and supervision for staff in centre
Monitor programmes and services expenses to ensure operations are within allocated budgets
Review programmes to ensure relevance and effectiveness in meeting future needs of clients
