Job summary

The Lentor Residence Pte Ltd is seeking caring staff to support elderly residents in a community care setting in Singapore. Training will be provided.

You will work the day shift, Mon to Fri, 44 hours per week, preparing meals, assisting with feeding, and helping with activities and daily exercises. Responsibilities include coordinating with volunteers, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a safe, clean environment for all clients.

Qualifications

• Singaporean/PR status required.
• Minimum primary education with basic English.
• Physically fit to assist with transferring elderly and push wheelchairs.
• Good team player and strong communication.
• Experience in eldercare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food, serve meals, and assist clients with oral feeding.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the pantry area and related equipment.
• Conduct morning orientation to clients.
• Assist in outing activities and community engagements.
• Plan, conduct and facilitate daily activities and basic exercise sessions with clients.
• Coordinate with volunteers to conduct activities effectively.
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately.
• Observe clients’ conditions and document observations in a timely and proper manner.
• Assisting outing activities and community engagements.
• Maintain a safe, clean and tidy environment for all clients
