Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an EHS Officer to support the site's environmental, health and safety management system and ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.

You will coordinate training, conduct inspections, assist investigations and help maintain the EHS legal register, working with Manufacturing, Engineering and QA teams. This role offers collaboration across departments and exposure to a broad range of EHS duties.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline.
• Mandatory WSH Level C certification recognised by MOM.
• Entry-level to 4 years EHS experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore EHS regulations.
• Experience in risk assessment and hazard identification.
• Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong decision-making and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and improvement of the site’s EHS management system.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore EHS legislation and company standards.
• Maintain the EHS legal register.
• Organise and conduct EHS training.
• Coordinate monthly safety, health, environmental and fire safety meetings.
• Assist in workplace incident/injury/illness investigations.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections and audits.
• Keep updated on EHS regulations and industry best practices.
• Support other EHS-related duties assigned by management.
