Lead Safety Case management in line with MHI regulations and ensure plant process safety updates are implemented.
Oversee ESH budget and spending; approve purchases of equipment and consumables.
Ensure legal and stakeholder requirements are met, including managing the legal register, supporting shutdowns, arranging assessments (e.g. stacks, noise, IHM), and employee health checks.
Lead EAI and risk assessments for process modifications, investigate incidents, and report non-conformances to authorities.
Develop, review, and maintain ESH-related procedures and SOPs; handle ad hoc ESH tasks as needed.
Liaise with authorities on licensing and hazardous substance regulation changes.
Plan and manage internal and external ESH training programs for the company.
Coach, monitor, and support employee performance and competency development.
