The Sub Regional EHS Manager for APAC is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs across multiple sites within a defined sub-region for APAC. This role ensures compliance with local legislations and company policies, promotes a strong safety culture, and drives continuous improvement in EHS performance.

  • Ensure compliance with all legislations and EHS regulations
  • Develop and implement EHS programs and initiatives aligned with corporate and regional strategies
  • Adapt global EHS programs to meet local regulatory requirements and site-specific needs
  • Establish and maintain EHS management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
  • Monitor changes in regulations and update programs accordingly
  • Manage permits and licenses related to environmental and safety aspects
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation controls
  • Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
  • Develop and implement corrective/preventive actions
  • Promote a strong safety culture through training, communication, and engagement activities
  • Develop and deliver EHS training to employees at all levels
  • Foster employee involvement activities
  • Track and analyze EHS performance metrics
  • Prepare and present regular reports on EHS performance

Your Experience Should Be...

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 7 years of experience in EHS Management with experience managing multiple sites

Willingness to travel within the sub-region
