A renowned organization in the Manufacturing industry is seeking an EHS Manager to lead their EHS initiatives in Singapore and Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will possess substantial EHS experience and a strong understanding of regional regulatory frameworks and international EHS standards.

Job description

THE COMPANY
Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Manufacturing industry with a strong presence worldwide. They are looking for an EHS Manager to lead their team in Singapore and possibly across Southeast Asia region, reporting to the Operations Director.

THE ROLE

The EHS Manager is responsible for:
  • Develop, implement, and audit EHS programs aligned with regional and local regulatory requirements across SEA.
  • Serve as the regional EHS subject matter expert, supporting site leaders to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Drive proactive risk assessments, incident investigations, and lead EHS training programs and stakeholder engagement to foster a zero-harm culture.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEA regulatory frameworks and international EHS standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
