Job summary

BD Tuas Plant Singapore is offering an Environmental Health and Safety internship to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. You will learn how to apply EH&S regulations, participate in day-to-day operations, and contribute to a safe culture.

Interns will assist in safety document review, prepare training presentations, and run root cause analyses while engaging with teams on safety programs. This hands-on role emphasizes learning and collaboration in a real-world setting.

• Strong data analytical and logical problem-solving skills
• Quickly grasps new concepts when faced with unfamiliar tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge in Power BI & Python
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Builds and maintains constructive relationships

Responsibilities

Job Description

Interns will gain experience in the field of Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S), while being exposed to multiple forms of manufacturing of Becton Dickinson Tuas Plant Singapore. Learn how to apply Environmental and Safety regulations in a real-world manufacturing environment. Interns will have the opportunity to experience day to day operations, working independently and in teams, to promote an Environmentally Healthy and Safe culture.
