Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Safety & Environment Manager for our Pioneer site in Singapore. You will lead EHS programs, audits, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a safe, compliant workplace.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years in process safety, ISO/Auditing background, SCDF Fire Safety Manager certification, and MOM registration is a plus. AWS and performance bonus available.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of process safety and hazard management experience.
• ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 auditing qualifications.
• SCDF Fire Safety Manager certification.
• MOM Workplace Safety and Health Officer registration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with corporate, government laws and regulations relating to EHS management.
• Implement programs to reduce safety incidents and environmental impacts.
• Collaborate with Workplace Safety Officer to review incidents and legal requirements.
• Manage safety, health and environment programs to maintain a compliant and safe site.
• Coordinate with certification bodies to schedule audits.
• Ensure licenses/certifications remain valid with authorities.
• Conduct monthly SHE meetings, audits and inspections.
• Provide guidance on health, safety and security matters on site.
• Promote safety campaigns and drive sustainable practices.
