Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd is seeking a results-driven Project & Delivery Manager to lead technology and AI-enabled initiatives in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery against scope, budget, and quality targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technology project management, familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, PMP, and proven stakeholder management. Experience with AI tools and responsible AI practices is a plus.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets


• Develop and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, resourcing plans, and delivery roadmaps


• Track project progress, financials, and utilisation; report status, variances, and forecasts to stakeholders and management


• Manage project scope and change control, ensuring changes are assessed, approved, and documented before implementation


• Coordinate across workstreams, vendors, and third parties to ensure integrated, on-time delivery

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, building trusted, collaborative working relationships


• Facilitate steering committees, working group meetings, and status updates, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and decisions


• Manage stakeholder expectations, escalations, and conflicting priorities with sound judgement and professionalism


• Prepare and deliver clear, accurate project documentation, minutes, status reports, and presentations for internal and client audiences

Planning, Risk & Governance

• Identify, assess, and track project risks and issues; drive timely mitigation and resolution with clear ownership


• Maintain project governance artefacts, including risk logs, action trackers, decision logs, and RAID registers


• Ensure projects adhere to organisational project management standards, methodologies, and quality gates


• Support contract, commercial, and compliance matters relevant to project delivery, escalating where required

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including developers, business analysts, designers, and QA/test leads


• Allocate work, manage team capacity, and remove blockers to keep delivery on track


• Foster a collaborative, accountable team culture and support the professional development of team members


• Partner with business analysts, technical leads, and architects to translate requirements into deliverable, well-sequenced work

AI-Enabled Project Management

• Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent) to accelerate status reporting, meeting minutes, documentation, and data analysis


• Apply AI-assisted planning and scheduling tools to improve estimation accuracy, resource forecasting, and risk identification


• Critically review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, confidentiality, and appropriateness before sharing with clients or stakeholders


• Champion practical, responsible adoption of AI tools within the project team to improve productivity without compromising quality or data security

Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing

• Conduct project retrospectives and post-implementation reviews; capture and apply lessons learned


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of PM tools, templates, and delivery playbooks, including AI-enabled ways of working


• Mentor junior project coordinators/managers on delivery practices and effective, responsible use of AI tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field


• At least 5 years of professional experience managing technology or digital transformation projects, preferably with SI company


• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, or equivalent) preferred


• Strong working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies


• Experience managing project budgets, resourcing, vendors, and commercial/contractual matters


• Proven stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior client and management stakeholders


• Demonstrated day-to-day use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent) to support project management tasks such as reporting, documentation, and planning


• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint)


• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with sound judgement in balancing scope, time, cost, and quality trade-offs


• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams under tight timelines


• Prior experience delivering at least one project with AI, GenAI, or machine learning components is a plus


• Familiarity with responsible AI principles, data privacy, and confidentiality considerations when using AI tools on client engagements is a plus
