Job summary

NCS Group is seeking a Data Solution Architect to lead client-facing data architecture initiatives across cloud and hybrid environments for government and agency programs. You will translate complex requirements into secure, scalable data solutions and provide governance across delivery teams.

You will work with stakeholders to define blueprints, patterns, and non-functional requirements, and present roadmaps to senior government clients while ensuring compliance with PDPA, IM8, and AIAS

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with strong experience in data architecture and solution design.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure GCC), RDBMS, data warehouses, and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of public sector delivery, procurement constraints, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data solution architecture across data ingestion, storage, processing, analytics, and reporting within GCC/GCC+ environments.
• Translate business and policy requirements into technical architectures aligned with IM8, AIAS, PDPA, and agency security standards.
• Define solution blueprints, integration patterns, and non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability).
• Provide architectural governance, design assurance, and technical decision leadership across delivery teams.
• Present solution roadmaps and design options to senior government stakeholders and steer design sign-offs.
• Work closely with project managers, platform architects, and data engineering teams to ensure delivery alignment.
