This role focuses on designing and implementing advanced BI frameworks that enable strategic insights, support organizational readiness, and guide decision‑making for senior government leadership.

Project Leadership & Transformation

• Manage multiple high‑visibility project streams for Singapore government clients.
• Lead organizational transformation initiatives and large‑scale client workshops.
• Drive change management efforts to ensure adoption of new processes and systems.

BI Strategy & Implementation

• Architect and implement BI frameworks using Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Develop dashboards and analytics solutions that provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Translate complex data into strategic intelligence to support decision‑making.

Data Management & Process Improvement

• Apply business process reengineering principles to optimize workflows.
