Job description

Product Development and Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities include:

1. Product: Source new products through exhibitions, review and document factory samples to ensure compliance with Singapore's testing requirements, and facilitate installation and after-service. Review and align factory manuals with local standards.
2. Packaging: Design packaging, shipping labels, nameplates, and product labels. Ensure WELS and Energy labels are included with user manuals.
3. Testing: Manage submissions for WELS, Safety, Energy Label, Water Trust, and HDB approvals. Collaborate with factories and testing labs to obtain product certifications and track renewal schedules.
4. Quality Control and Inspection: Conduct final production inspections before shipment.
5. Technical and Aftersales Support: Facilitate communication between factories and our team to improve product quality and innovation.
6. Marketing: Develop promotional materials, sales collateral, and design out-of-home advertising. Manage web content, including SEO, updates, and visual content creation.
7. Social Media and Videography: Collaborate on social media campaigns and produce site videos, including filming, editing, and publishing.
8. Event and Exhibition: Design booth setups and coordinate participation in local and overseas exhibitions to explore new business opportunities.
9. Additional Support: Assist the sales, e-commerce, and service teams with parts, rework, and product information.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in a similar role.
2. Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
3. Short notice period preferred.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software.
5. Strong teamwork, communication, and networking skills.
