Job Responsibilities

1. Contribute to projects and initiatives, covering requirements gathering, design, solutioning, reviewing functional specifications, user acceptance testing, and live verification.

2. Maintain a good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.

3. Possess hands-on experience in data querying (SQL or similar), handling data schemas, and data wrangling.

4. Collaborate closely with various workstreams, UX designers, and technical teams to elicit business requirements, support design and visualization, analyze scenarios, and articulate impacts and risks. Ensure consistent process use and implementation.

5. Review requirements to ensure they align with design principles and information architecture.

6. Attend to user stories and requirements, working with technical partners on solutioning and implementation based on prioritization.

7. Participate in regular scrum meetings and grooming sessions to ensure that enhancements meet business needs, are within budget, and adhere to timelines.

8. Review solution proposals from the technical team, providing constructive feedback and alternative suggestions.

9. Evaluate existing BAU processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose viable solutions.

10. Familiarity with risk data, data discovery, and lineage, especially within ADA, is a plus.

11. Maintain effective communication among stakeholders to ensure proper coordination and task delivery.

12. Ensure all documentation related to data flow, design, and process changes is maintained to high standards for audit readiness.

13. Manage multiple priorities effectively, anticipating needs and problems to ensure timely project delivery within tight timelines and limited resources.

14. Participate in workshops related to business unit initiatives.

15. Experience with data analytics projects is advantageous.
