Job description

Our client is actively supporting key national research and development (R&D) programs, aiming to achieve significant economic and scientific outcomes. It plays a crucial role in advancing research, technology, and innovation in Singapore.

Working Location: Central Singapore

required to travel if needed e.g., attending conferences and running of events

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, regular working hours

• 2 days at home and 3 days in office

• Flexi work hours can be separately arranged and agreed upon with the RO

Contract Duration: 12 months (Renewable / Convertible depending on candidates' performance)

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute activities to boost interaction with Singapore's HPC communities, focusing on international collaborations.

• Develop engaging marketing materials for newsletters, social media, websites, and other promotional items.

• Create media releases, speeches, and corporate stories to promote HPC.

• Organize events like roadshows, seminars, and webinars.

• Assist with daily operations, including managing reports, administrative tasks, budgets, and procurement.

• Track and assess the effectiveness of communications and marketing efforts.

• Stay updated on supercomputing advancements and marketing trends.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

• Experience in organizing meetings and events.

• Experience in technology or scientific research is desirable.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or graphic design is a plus.

• Strong networking and collaboration skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proactive and able to work independently.
