Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee the project team and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

2. Liaise with clients and build strong working relationships.

3. Devise cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion.

4. Manage risks to avoid delays or reputational damage.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Minimum 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 10 years as a project manager or director for the execution of infrastructure projects, preferably LTA projects.

2. Excellent planning, organizational, budgeting, forecasting, cost and schedule control, and risk management skills.

3. Leadership skills with a proven track record of managing complex tasks in a team environment.

4. Motivated and goal-oriented, with the drive and commitment to meet targets.

5. Excellent communication and influencing skills.

6. PEB Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering.
