Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity, within the new in-house Beauty Division in Singapore. We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Assistant Brand Manager to join our Asia Pacific regional team.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the most prestigious luxury beauty brands, working closely with Senior Brand Managers to shape and execute brand strategies across the region. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of brand campaigns, cross-market alignment, and insightful reporting that drives business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Support the regional planning and consolidation of market campaign toolkits, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local market relevance.
  • Support the launch preparation including the analysis of the POSM/ Collaterals review
  • Track market execution progress and timelines to ensure planned activations are delivered as per strategy.
  • Liaise with local markets to collect campaign inputs and ensure high-quality, on-brand implementation.

2. Post-Campaign Analysis & Strategic Reporting

  • Consolidate post-campaign reporting across channels (media, podium activations, digital, e-retail).
  • Prepare insightful post-launch reviews, highlighting ROI, best practices, and recommendations for future rollouts.
  • Create compelling executive summaries and dashboards for internal leadership reviews.

3. Enhance Retail Excellence:

  • Support brand managers in developing and implementing regional retail excellence strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and APAC markets to optimize consumer experiences and ensure seamless execution.
  • Execute beauty related trade activations in fashion boutiques

4. Regional Market Research & Insights

  • Design and manage regional market surveys in partnership with Makeup and Fragrance Category Leads
  • Conduct competitor and consumer research to identify whitespace opportunities and trends.
  • Deliver post-survey reports with actionable insights to drive strategic planning.
  • Updating Retailer’s Presentation on a Monthly basis to ensure the deck is re-freshed with the latest brand developments.

5. Competitive Intelligence & Reporting

  • Lead the monthly collection and analysis of competitor activities across Asia Pacific.
  • Provide a regional summary of beauty trends, category movements, and market-specific innovations.

6. Marketing Operations & Budget Coordination

  • Track PO issuance
  • Maintain internal trackers for Campaign assets, timelines, Samples, and regional rollout calendars.

7. Cross-Functional & Market Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Digital, E-Commerce, Training, and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure integrated brand execution.
  • Serve as a liaison with local market teams to align on timelines, assets, and local needs.
  • Assist in regional meetings, training, and campaign briefings.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5 years of experience in luxury beauty or prestige skincare/fragrance categories, with solid understanding of the regional beauty landscape.
  • Proven track record in regional brand management, marketing coordination, or cross-market project implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data into clear, strategic narratives.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment; comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; data visualization or dashboarding skills a plus.
  • A passion for luxury, creativity, and storytelling with a sharp eye for brand excellence.
  • Passionate about beauty, branding, and delivering excellence in consumer experience.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and agile in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
