Job Responsibilities:

Media Planning and Buying

  • Plan, execute, and optimize media buying strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic networks.

  • Monitor and adjust campaign performance to meet key metrics (e.g., ROI, CPC, CTR).

  • Allocate budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective results and maximum campaign impact.

  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Social Media Content

  • Liaising and managing media agency for content generation, engagement and planning.

  • Develop and execute creative content strategies tailored for social media platforms.

  • Create and curate engaging posts, videos, and multimedia content that align with the brand voice and objectives.

  • Manage content calendars, scheduling posts to ensure consistent online presence.

  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.

  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to leverage new opportunities for engagement.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on the performance of paid campaigns and organic content using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.

  • Use data to refine strategies, improving both paid media and content effectiveness.

Brand Digital Platforms

  • Support and work with Head of Brand to update Brand/Corporate Digital platforms like corporate website and LinkedIn and ensure timely updates to align with Key Brand, Marketing and social activities or messages.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Brand & Marketing executives and creative team to develop ad creatives and social media assets.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align digital strategies with broader marketing goals.
