  • fluent in English and Chinese speaking (verbal/ phone/ messages)

  • ability to remain calm & graceful even under stressful circumstances
  • Able to work retail hours(10am-8pm) and weekends,5 Days a week
  • Able to work well in a team

Responsibilities Job Role

  • Warmly welcome & greet clients, provide excellent customer service
  • Stock Taking
  • taking payment and performing payment settlements
  • Provide main duties at the front desk including answering incoming calls, registration, arranging appointments, taking care of customer files, payment collection
  • Update client records, appointments and services offered
  • Attending to customers/inquiries where necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of counter and waiting areas
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
  • No hard selling
